When the sun is shining I like to take my workout outside... Here's one you can do, no equipment needed, rain or shine!
5 Minute AMRAP: 
12 Later Skater Hops 
12 One-Legged Lateral Hop, Switch legs
6 Forward Jump Squats + Back Pedal
20 Criss-Cross Climbers
..... and GO! ??
