#MoveForFive Workouts

Forget the "all-or-nothing" mentality.    
Move your body just 5 more minutes.
 Do these workouts first thing in the morning, use as a finisher to a workout, or set a timer during your work day to get your body moving.

Today is all about the upper body! 
Do 5 of each move, repeat until 5 minutes are up:
-Push-ups
-Crouching push-ups
-Hips swing + kick through (5 each side)
- Tricep push-ups
