My popular individual coaching program is now available in a small group coaching experience, called the Body Confidence Breakthrough. This online, 90-day coaching program will help you discover how to eat and move in a way that is right for you. When we take control of our nutrition we can take control in so many other areas in our life. ​

About The Curriculum
My group health coaching will teach you to think about nutrition and health in a radically new way.

I'm just your average goofball who coaches driven women to transform their mindset about their health and career. I’m busy balancing a career, motherhood, date nights and Netflix binges just like you are. Maybe unlike you, though, I’m also a certified health and life coach. I have both the personal experience and the professional know-how to connect with you, help you build confidence, and transform your mindset through coaching — a.k.a. my dream job.
