This recipe was truly an experiment. It ended up tasting amazing and is now one of my favorite smoothie recipes!
1 scoop or pack Strawberry Shakeology 1 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk Juice from 1/2 Lime 1/3 Cup Watermelon Ice, for thickness Mmmm! There’s nothing I love more than a big ol’ shake for breakfast. Well, that and literally only taking 5 minutes to make one! Here’s a recipe for a shake that I just made!
p.s. NO, I was not actually going to drink that WHOLE pitcher… It’s actually two shakes in one. That’s what great about having a workout buddy, I also have a Shake-O buddy. So when I make my shake forbreakfast, I make his too. Yup, two breakfasts ready to go in under 5 minutes. That’s going to come in really handy when both of our schedules pick up big time this fall! (I doubled the recipe below when making for two people) 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology 1 C. almond milk ½ frozen banana ½ c. mixed berries Shake-pro tip: Use frozen fruit to make your smoothie thicker and tastier! |
