I was the good employee with the degrees, the steady paycheck, the respectable career, and a coaching business growing quietly on the side.
I could see what was possible for other people.
Believing I could create it for myself was harder.
And eventually I realized I wasn’t actually waiting for a better business plan.
I was waiting to trust myself enough to choose the life I wanted.
Today, I help women make that choice with a whole lot more intention, evidence, and support than the internet’s favorite “just take the leap” advice.
