What services do you offer?
I’m a certified health and life coach. I offer individual health coaching sessions, group health coaching, and individual life and business coaching. 

How much does coaching cost?
The prices for each coaching program varies. To see exact prices, check out each program page. 

What goes into the cost for each program?
My programs are priced based on several different factors, including the investment I’ve made in my education, the materials I’ve created that you’ll have access to during coaching, and how much time I put into working with each client one-on-one (it’s a lot!). 

I also believe that it’s important for clients to make a financial investment in coaching because it encourages you to show up even when you don’t want to. When you have some skin in the game, you’re more likely to get going even when the going gets tough.

I’m not sure I can afford your services. Do you have anything that’s a lower cost?
Absolutely! I love to help people, which I can do the best through my coaching programs. You can also access free advice from me on my Instagram (@livewellwithkell) and through my two free mini-coaching programs “How Does She Do It?” and “Get Back On Track.”

What can I expect coaching to be like?
Coaching is a little like hanging with your best friend, a little like therapy, and a little like taking a class. Coaching sessions are done via phone or video call and last 45 to 60 minutes. I always start calls by asking you what went well this week and what was a challenge. And I always end calls by asking what a-ha moments you experienced or what you learned. 

In addition to coaching calls, you also have access to me via email and Voxer. I always respond within 24 business hours.

What is a Breakthrough Session like?
My free Breakthrough Sessions are very similar to coaching calls. Think of it like a mini coaching call where we’ll talk about what’s going on in your life right now that you’d like some help with. My goal is to help give you some clarity surrounding what’s getting in your way, where you’d like to go, and how I might be able to help. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask me questions about coaching and what it’s like working with me. 

Will I get a meal plan or workout plan with your health coaching programs?
Nope. But you will learn what foods are best for you and your unique lifestyle (aka what works for your family, work hours, schedule, location, etc.). The same goes for workouts. I’ll help you learn what feels good for you (in a judgement-free zone) and, if you want, we can create a plan to help you add more of those feel-good foods and movements into your life.  

Is health coaching like other diets?
Nope, health coaching is not a diet. It’s not a workout program either. Instead I’ll teach you how to better understand your body and what foods and movements work best for you and your life. My goal as a health coach is to make you never want to go on a diet again!

What results can I expect?
You can expect to start knitting. Yes, you read that right: knitting. But “knitting” for you might be dating, or quitting your job, or going to yoga, or telling your mom that you don’t want a second helping of dinner. Coaching will give you the confidence to conquer your goals and bring more joy into your life, whatever “joy” looks like for you. (For one of my past clients, knitting was her joy.) 

Whatever your goals are, coaching will help you conquer them because you won’t be as worried about your health or what size you are. 

Can I do coaching if I’m moving?
Yes!

Can I do coaching if I’m going on vacation?
Yes!

Can I do coaching if I’m pregnant?
Yes!

What am I going to eat during coaching?

Whatever you want! Whatever makes you feel good. Nothing is off limits. This is a key topic we’ll be working on together.
