  1. It all starts with a Focus Forward Session — my version of a mini coaching session. It’s free, it’s fun, and in that call alone you'll walk away not only with a serious breakthrough, but you'll also know exactly what to do next-real action items that can help you today. If we vibe, I’d love to keep the fun going and work together towards your transformation and massive growth!

  2. After you sign a contract and pay the first invoice, we’ll find a consistent schedule for your coaching sessions. I’ll also give you some “homework” so you can self-assess where you are now, and where you’d like to be in six months.

  3. Let’s get to work! We’ll video chat for an hour each week to celebrate your wins and challenges from the past week, work through what thoughts you're wrestling with,  dive into a lesson that I’ve hand-selected specifically for you, and plan next steps you’ll actually be able to take in the coming week.
