The other day, completely out of nowhere I had a craving for Christmas cookies! By Christmas cookies, I mean a sugar cookie with frosting.. Ideally cut in the shape of a candy cane or Christmas tree. I know, it's weird. And, my poor boyfriend... he's usually the one to hear about these random things first.
Anyway, a few days later I stumbled upon a recipe that totally fixed my craving & is not only guilt-free but actually very good for you. I got this recipe from my friend and co-worker Amanda! ENJOY! 1 scoop or packet of Vanilla Shakeology 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 2 tsp. Cinnamon 1 tsp PB2 (or Peanut Butter) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Honey Ice, for thickness

1 scoop Vanilla Shakelolgy 1/2 Cup Almond Milk 1/2 Cup Coffee 1/2 Tbsp. Pumpkin Spice 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree Ice, for thickness Oh hey-- want to know what the heck pumpkin spice is? Don't worry I have that recipe for you too: 1 part nutmeg 1 part all-spice 1 part ginger 4 parts cinnamon Since it's only the beginning of September and we have lots of pumpkin time ahead of us, I made a batch of Pumpkin Spice and put it in an old Cinnamon shaker because I want to have this stuff on hand at all times! Mmm... Coffee, chocolate, bananas & peanut butter! Those are all things that put a smile on my face & a rumble in my tummy! Here's a shake recipe that tasted like dessert for lunch!
Who ever said eat dessert first was a bad thing? Here's what is in it: 1 scoop/packet Chocolate Shakeology 1 Cup cold coffee 1 frozen banana 1 tsp. peanut butter Ice, for thickness This recipe was truly an experiment. It ended up tasting amazing and is now one of my favorite smoothie recipes!
1 scoop or pack Strawberry Shakeology 1 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk Juice from 1/2 Lime 1/3 Cup Watermelon Ice, for thickness Mmmm! There’s nothing I love more than a big ol’ shake for breakfast. Well, that and literally only taking 5 minutes to make one! Here’s a recipe for a shake that I just made!
p.s. NO, I was not actually going to drink that WHOLE pitcher… It’s actually two shakes in one. That’s what great about having a workout buddy, I also have a Shake-O buddy. So when I make my shake forbreakfast, I make his too. Yup, two breakfasts ready to go in under 5 minutes. That’s going to come in really handy when both of our schedules pick up big time this fall! (I doubled the recipe below when making for two people) 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology 1 C. almond milk ½ frozen banana ½ c. mixed berries Shake-pro tip: Use frozen fruit to make your smoothie thicker and tastier! If you're looking something super refreshing, then this is the smoothie for you!
